What you work towards

A purpose of your own. A vision for your whole life.

You plan revenue, roles and responsibilities in detail. Envisioning asks you to give the rest of your life, the same deliberate attention. The questions are structured; the answers come from you.

01

Your purpose, in your own words

Look at the expectations, comparisons and inherited ambitions shaping you. Put into words what truly matters instead of selecting your purpose from a curated list.

02

A written vision for the next 3–6 years

Stop compartmentalizing your work, role, finances, relationships and health. Bring them into one big picture.

03

A clearer basis for your decisions

Use the purpose and vision you’ve created to examine what to continue, what to change and where your attention belongs.

04

A practice to bring home

Leave with a practice (Sadhana) that helps you carry the work into everyday life.

Where this workshop meets you

Six ways people arrive here. Pick the one that sounds like you.

Nobody comes to Envisioning for the same reason. Each of these is a real starting point from an actual participant. You don't need to be in crisis, just ready to look closer at what you want, and why.

Reading 01 / Achievement — pick another starting point above.

01 / Achievement

You've built something. What now?

Professional growth, wealth and a family you love. On paper, you have it all. However, there’s still a question that success hasn’t settled. It isn't unhappiness. It's the sense that the purpose you've been running on was inherited, assembled from expectation and comparison, rather than chosen. You've never had the room to check.

Envisioning isn't about acquiring more frameworks. It's a structured space to examine your own life without borrowed answers and see what emerges.

“I already know this.”

Most people who say this are right about the concepts. But knowing a pattern exists and no longer being run by it are two different things. Envisioning works on the second part: what's deciding your choices in the moment.

Professional growth, wealth, a loving family, some giving back — by most measures, purpose fulfilled. Arun spent nearly two years in quiet reflection before he could name what still felt missing.

Dina had already found her purpose in an earlier Envisioning. She returned when she noticed old, unconscious patterns quietly pulling her back — knowing the language of clarity is different from living it in real time.

Inside the experience

Five days. Pay full attention to your life.

01

Step out of the routine

Residential and off-grid by design. Phones stay away during the day and come out in the evenings, so attention can turn inward.

02

Understand what drives you

Look at the beliefs, inherited ambitions and expectations shaping your choices. This is where things begin to shift.

03

Give your vision shape

Articulate your purpose and a vision for the life you want to build. The one that's truly yours.

04

Take it into daily life

Identify your direction forward, with a Sakha alongside you throughout. Leave with a practice that helps you carry the work into everyday life.

The people alongside you

Led by Sameer Kamboj

Shalini Kamboj
Shalini Kamboj

Founder of SKC World, now Unmukt, and author of The Possibilities of Potential, Sameer has spent more than two decades mentoring entrepreneurs, promoters and C-level leaders across small, medium and large companies.

His work brings the Indian science of Gyan-Yog into the practical realities of building a business, rooted in a simple idea: building a business and building yourself are not separate pursuits.

He leads the workshop with Shalini Kamboj, co-founder and co-author of the book. The workshop’s daily meditation practice draws from the Anaavaran sadhana, that Shalini has designed.

Throughout the course of the Envisioning Workshop, each participant is accompanied by a Sakha, a personal mentor, who is also a founder or senior operator. They do not give you answers but, help you arrive there on your own.

Before you decide

Here are a few more questions worth asking yourself

Because, you can be curious and skeptical at the same time.

Is this relevant if life is already going well?+

Yes. Participants often arrive with an established business, a successful career or a full family life. The starting point can simply be a question about direction, fulfillment or what they want the next chapter to be.

Do I need to be an entrepreneur?+

No. You don’t need to be an entrepreneur. The cohort brings together founders, senior professionals, researchers, homemakers and family-business members. What matters is where you are in your life and whether the work feels relevant to you.

Is this a spiritual or meditation program?+

The workshop draws on an Indian contemplative tradition and includes a daily meditation practice, Sadhana. It also includes structured self-inquiry, personal mentoring and a written vision across work and life. You can discuss the approach with Divya before deciding.

How is this different from reading or a strategy offsite?+

Envisioning asks you to examine the drivers of your own decisions and put your purpose and vision into words. For teams, individual inquiry comes before shared direction. It does not supply a business strategy, career recommendation or ready-made answer.

Can I work during the five days?+

The program requires your full participation. Phones are kept away during the day and are only available in the evenings. Plan to delegate work and make arrangements at home before attending; speak with our team about any essential commitments.

What are the dates, venue and fees?+

The next cohort will be held in South Goa from 27 November 2026 to 1 December 2026. It is a four-night, five-day residential program.

Before booking your travel or making a payment, contact Divya, from our team, for details about the venue, arrival and departure times, fees, accommodation, inclusions and cancellation terms.

Message Divya on WhatsApp
What if I'm unsure, or someone wants me to attend?+

A conversation is a useful first step. Share what you are looking for and what gives you pause. Your own willingness to participate matters. If these dates are difficult, ask Divya about future cohorts.

Message Divya on WhatsApp

Step back to look ahead.

You can keep achieving things year on year, but what are all those wins ultimately adding up to?

Start with a conversation. Tell Divya where you are, what’s on your mind, and whether you’re considering coming on your own or with others.
