What We Do

Different doors. One journey.

Twenty-five years of sitting with founders, CXOs and seekers has produced one body of work, not several separate ones.

There is no single path into it. At different points in life, we encounter different questions. Where am I going? What am I building? What is holding me back? What does success mean now? How do I live and lead with greater awareness?

The programs below meet these questions at different depths and different moments of readiness. Some begin with purpose. Some with enterprise. Some with happiness. Some with the self.

Some people arrive for a single weekend and stay for years. Others walk in already looking for the deepest room in the house.

Different doors. The same continuing journey.

Envisioning Workshop™

4-day residential retreat · Next batch:27 Nov – 1 Dec 2026Goa, India

Find your direction. Build your vision.

There are moments when achievement is no longer enough. You may be doing well, yet find yourself asking: What am I really building toward?

This is usually where the work begins.

The Envisioning Workshop™ is a four-day residential experience away from the momentum of everyday life, spent identifying the purpose underneath your ambitions and translating it into a real, six-year vision for your life and work.

Across the four days, reflection, dialogue and structured exploration help you turn that vision into written goals and a path toward them. For founders and leadership teams, it also creates the space to move beyond parallel ambitions toward a direction you can genuinely align around, not simply nod at in a meeting.

You leave with a written vision, a set of goals and a path to them. Less tangibly, but just as importantly, the work builds the emotional stability to hold that vision under pressure rather than abandon it at the first hard quarter.

You leave not with someone else's answer, but with greater clarity about your own.

Who it's for: Entrepreneurs, CXOs and senior leaders who are reasonably successful but are now looking for meaning and purpose, not simply the next milestone. Founders seeking real alignment with their leadership teams. Family businesses wanting to hold harmony alongside growth. Co-founders and partners looking for a shared, rather than parallel, direction.

Conscious Entrepreneurship Program™ (CEP)

Cohort-based · Once a year ·IN PERSON · 12–14 MONTHS

NEXT BATCH:
JUNE 2028

Build the enterprise. Transform the entrepreneur.

A business can grow faster than the person building it.

As complexity increases, founders often discover that the next constraint is no longer strategy, capital or opportunity. It is how they themselves lead, decide, relate and respond.

CEP is where the work stops being a retreat and becomes a practice.

The Conscious Entrepreneurship Program™ is a 12 to 14-month journey for founders and CXOs whose decisions now carry greater weight, whose organizations have outgrown their original ways of working, and who want to build stronger enterprises while becoming more conscious leaders.

The work moves across five interconnected pillars:

  • Founderthe inner architecture behind your decisions. What is driving you beneath the strategy, and are you responding from fear, habit or clarity?

  • Salesbuilding a sales approach and organization that remains effective and relevant, rather than one that depends on pressure, personality or the founder.

  • Peoplecreating the human systems through which you hire, lead, develop and grow the people around you.

  • Processbuilding the operating rhythms and systems that allow the business to function without depending entirely on you.

  • Financedeveloping the clarity, discipline and stewardship required to make sound financial decisions as the enterprise grows.

Across the program, these five pillars are worked through together rather than as separate business problems. A founder's relationship with money, people, process and sales is rarely disconnected from how they see themselves, exercise authority and respond under pressure.

They are often one problem, seen from five angles.

Business challenges therefore become the ground on which deeper patterns of leadership can be seen and worked with.

Who it's for: Founders navigating scale and complexity, CXOs moving into greater authority, and second-generation leaders shaping a direction beyond what they inherited.

What you leave with: Greater clarity of authority and accountability across the organization. Teams increasingly able to make confident decisions without waiting for you. A more grounded leadership presence under pressure. And stronger systems across sales, people, process and finance that allow the enterprise to move without your constant involvement.

Because sustainable growth requires more than a better business. It requires a founder capable of building it.

Anaavaran™

Year-long · One batch a yearCONDUCTED BY SAMEER AND SHALINI KAMBOJ · ACCOMPANIED BY THE SEVEN CO-FOUNDERS

NEXT BATCH:
JUNE 2028

See what lies beneath.

We spend much of our lives looking outward: at circumstances, relationships, achievements, difficulties and other people.

Anaavaran™ turns the inquiry inward.

Where CEP works at the intersection of the inner life and the enterprise, Anaavaran leaves the enterprise behind and goes directly to the question underneath it: Who am I, actually?

Rooted in Gyan Marg, the ancient path of self-inquiry, Anaavaran is a year-long exploration of awareness, consciousness and joyfulness. Through approximately 20 sessions across offsite retreats, smaller group sessions and full-day practice, participants begin peeling away the layers of identities, beliefs, convictions and emotional patterns through which they experience themselves and the world.

The work moves through three interconnected areas:

  • Awarenesslearning to observe the fixed convictions, identities and patterns from which you currently act.

  • Consciousnessmoving beyond simply recognizing those patterns to seeing how they shape your choices, relationships and experience of life.

  • Joyfulnesspractices and meditations that allow the inquiry to move beyond intellectual understanding into direct experience.

Anaavaran is deliberately small, with a group of approximately 20 participants selected through an interview process. Not because the work is intended to be exclusive, but because it asks for sustained inquiry, practice and a willingness to take responsibility for what you begin to see.

Who it's for: People carrying real questions about themselves and their lives that achievement, knowledge or familiar answers have not resolved. People willing to examine themselves deeply and take responsibility for their own inner journey.

The purpose is not to become someone new. It is to see more clearly what is already there.

The Happiness Experiment™

2-DAY WORKSHOP · A FIRST STEP INTO ANAAVARAN

What if happiness could be examined?

We spend enormous energy pursuing the things we believe will make us happy.

Achievement. Relationships. Recognition. Security. Success.

And yet, even when we get what we wanted, happiness can remain surprisingly conditional.

The Happiness Experiment™ is a two-day experiential workshop that asks a simple question: What is my happiness actually dependent upon?

Through observation, dialogue and practice, you begin to examine your assumptions about happiness and recognize the patterns through which you seek it, postpone it, protect it or make it dependent on circumstances outside yourself.

The emphasis is on experiment rather than explanation. You are not given a definition of happiness to accept. You are invited to observe your own experience and discover what holds true for you.

For some, the two days are a complete inquiry in themselves. For others, they open the door to the deeper and more sustained exploration of Anaavaran™.

Who it's for: Anyone curious about happiness, awareness and the way they experience their own life, particularly those beginning to question whether achievement, circumstances or other people can reliably provide the happiness they seek.

Essentials of Success™ (EOS)

A PROGRAM ROOTED IN UNMUKT WORK - FOR CORPORATES, FACULTY & YOUTH

Build the foundations for a life that works.

Success requires more than knowledge, skill or ambition.

It also requires the ability to understand yourself, communicate effectively, manage your time and emotions, make conscious choices and develop a clear sense of who you are.

Essentials of Success™ meets people earlier and in more everyday settings: in the workplace, in educational institutions, or at a young adult's first real encounter with pressure, choice and responsibility.

It takes the same underlying inquiry that runs through Unmukt's work and translates it into practical tools for navigating everyday life.

The program works across six foundational areas: Success Attitudes, Clarity through the Success Quadrant, Time Management, Emotional Consciousness, Effective Communication and Clear Self-Image.

How that work is applied depends on who is in the room.

  • For organizationsdeveloping the communication, collaboration and leadership attitudes that help people work toward shared goals without losing themselves in the process.

  • For facultyhelping educators understand student psychology while becoming more aware of how they themselves communicate, respond and relate, so that the student-teacher relationship can deepen rather than deplete them.

  • For youthgiving young people practical ways to understand their desires, emotions, choices and sense of self before habitual patterns become deeply established.

EOS is deliberately practical. The work begins with everyday situations: how you respond to pressure, how you communicate, how you use your time, how you see yourself and how consciously you make choices.

Because the foundations of a productive and joyful life are built long before the questions become existential.

Who it's for: Organizational teams and middle managers, faculty members, students and young adults looking for a structured and balanced approach to navigating life and work.
