Like you, I've spent years defining and refining strategy: my approach to leading, solving problems, and driving results. But the real shift began when I paused and looked within, rather than just outside.
I started asking myself: What's been quietly shaping my leadership? Why do I lead the way I lead? Why do I solve problems in a certain way? What are my biases, and how do they show up? What is my contribution to the problems in my organization?
We often lead by default, reacting to urgency, overcommitting, needing to appear "in control." But how often do we step back and question our own patterns? How often do we consciously unlearn them?
A lot of our leadership style is absorbed from those around us or inspired by leaders we admire. But what if those patterns no longer serve us?
